United Civic Organization (UCO)
United Civic Organization, Inc. was incorporated May 19, 1982, as a not-for-profit corporation under Chapter 617 of the Florida Statutes, to administer, maintain, and operate the common areas within the community known as Century Village. The membership consists of 7,854-unit owners (which makes up the 309 condominium associations within the community), and is in Palm Beach County, Florida. Unit owners are represented by delegates based on the number of units per association. Unit owners are also obligated, separately, to make long-term lease payments to W.P.R.F., Inc.

Matters dealing with Rules and Regulations within your Association, which are one of 309 unique entities, can only be resolved by the elected Board of Directors, based on their unique and customized set of By Laws that have been modified to satisfy various situations that do arise from day to day living.
