What is UCO?
"UCO is the organization that functions as the master property management firm inside Century Village. Specifically, we manage and maintain common property and the major common contracts that exist in the community."
United Civic Organization, Inc. (the “Organization”) was incorporated May 19, 1982, as a not-for-profit corporation under Chapter 617 of the Florida Statutes, to administer, maintain, and operate the common areas within the community known as Century Village. The membership consists of 7,854-unit owners (which makes up the 309 condominium associations within the community), and is in Palm Beach County, Florida. Unit owners are represented by delegates based on the number of units per association. Unit owners are also obligated, separately, to make long-term lease payments to W.P.R.F., Inc.
What Does UCO Do?

What gives UCO the authority to do this?
This came about due to the Bi-lateral Agreement. This was an agreement by the 309 associations adopted on January 1st, 2004.
