Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department (PBCWUD)

Water is provided by PBCWUD. New customers must pay a deposit before service is initiated. The deposit does not prevent termination of service due to non-payment. Your deposit will be credited to your water utilities account after 12 months if:

• You have not received more than one past due bill notice during the 12-month period.
• You have maintained continuous utility service for 12 months without any delinquent turnoffs.
• You have not had an uncollectable payment during the 12-month period.
