UCO and the
screening process.

A clear look at how UCO and your condominium association coordinate applications for purchases, rentals, and occupancy.

Each organization has a role.

Start with the association

Applicants submit the required paperwork through their condominium association. Confirm the current form and required board signatures.

UCO coordinates screening

UCO Investigations processes applications and coordinates investigation services under the applicable arrangements. Check current instructions with UCO.

The association decides

The association reviews the application and makes its approval decision under its governing documents and applicable law.

Three separate steps: an investigation is not itself an association approval; approval documentation is separate from a WPRF resident ID and access arrangements.
