Ideas for improvement

Review and cooperation articles include independent analysis and recommendations. A proposal does not change UCO authority, an association’s duties or contractual terms.

Read the proposal’s status →

For each instruction, identify its basis: Florida law, governing-document requirement, UCO procedure, contractual duty or Board Synergy recommended practice. Check the article’s date and scope; use qualified advice to resolve association-specific legal questions.

Keep evidence matched to the task. A submission to UCO, an association decision, a WPRF service arrangement and a DBPR update are separate steps. Completion of one should not be assumed to complete the others. Retain the relevant confirmation and identify who owns the next action.
