- Deeds and tax records: the Property Appraiser’s listing is not a title opinion. Use the recorded document and qualified advice for disputed ownership.
- Permits and code cases: opening a permit or case is different from final approval, closure, or a finding against a person.
- Arrests and registry records: verify identity and current details. Arrest is not conviction; no result is not a background clearance. Do not use an incomplete lookup as an automatic occupancy decision or publish accusations.
