We help association leaders develop the knowledge, judgment, and organizational practices needed to serve their communities effectively.
Every association has a well-informed and capable board.
Serving on a condominium board means making decisions that affect neighbors’ homes, finances, and everyday quality of life. Directors bring valuable experience, but they may need help understanding their responsibilities, finding reliable information, and turning decisions into completed work.
Board Synergy Club focuses on education and practical organizational support for association leaders in Century Village West Palm Beach. Our aim is to make useful knowledge easier to find and apply, while encouraging constructive cooperation across the community.
When boards learn from one another, a useful lesson can benefit more than one association. Shared resources can reduce repeated effort and help new directors build on the experience of those who served before them.
Our vision describes the future we seek. Our principles guide our conduct. Our approach to change helps connect both with practical improvement.

Help directors distinguish governance, management, and professional advice. Encourage clear assignments and effective oversight, with managers performing their agreed responsibilities.
Explain complex topics in plain language and organize questions, sources, and practical tools. Help readers recognize which information needs verification for their own association.
Use shared examples, discussion, and Board Leadership Academy lesson materials to help directors compare options, ask better questions, and recognize when qualified expertise is needed.
Encourage manageable changes, documented follow-through, and review of results. Share knowledge and prepare future volunteers so progress can continue through board turnover.
Strong associations benefit from capable community organizations and effective service providers. Board Synergy seeks constructive cooperation with UCO, WPRF, managers, qualified professionals, and association leaders while respecting their different responsibilities.
Our questions and suggestions are intended to improve understanding and support confidence through clear processes and reliable information. We welcome clarification, correction, and different perspectives.
We look for practical benefit: directors who can find needed information, explain a decision, clarify an assignment, or obtain the right professional help. We invite feedback about what people used, what improved, and what remains difficult.
Website content and educational tools should improve as we learn. We aim to acknowledge uncertainty, correct errors, and focus volunteer effort where it can make a useful contribution.
You may be a new director, an experienced volunteer reviewing a difficult issue, or an owner trying to understand how your association works. Begin with a relevant resource, bring your association’s documents and circumstances into the discussion, and seek qualified advice when the issue calls for it.
