Listen with an open mind. Discuss differences kindly and value each person’s experience.

Ask questions, check facts, share useful knowledge, and seek qualified help when needed.

Help each other succeed and cooperate constructively with associations and community organizations.

Be willing to try a better way, learn from results, and adjust.

Use your strengths, respect everyone’s time, and appreciate the efforts of fellow volunteers.
