Official Century Village bus schedules
UCO’s schedule page lists three internal routes and an external route. The posted 2026 schedules are identified as effective February 2, 2026.
Internal Route 1
Review the full stop list and timing columns to find your boarding and destination stops.
Route 1 schedule — PDFInternal Route 2
Check your location against the route document, including notes and service exceptions.
Route 2 schedule — PDFInternal Route 3
The posted route includes stops at the Clubhouse, Hastings Gym, and other village locations. Consult the full schedule for external segments and exceptions.
Route 3 schedule — PDFExternal route
Use the separate external schedule to check off-site destinations, pickup times, and your return trip.
External schedule — PDFHow to plan a trip
- Find the right route. Locate both your boarding stop and destination in the document. Do not assume the nearest road is served by every bus.
- Read the time column carefully. Check the particular run, lunch breaks, request-only stops, and any day-specific exceptions.
- Plan the return before departing. Identify the return stop and final usable trip. Allow extra time for shopping or appointments.
- Arrive early. The internal schedules instruct passengers to be at the stop ten minutes before the scheduled time and have ID ready for the driver.
- Allow for variation. The posted internal schedules note that timing can vary with boarding and assistance needs. Avoid a tight connection when an appointment is important.
The internal schedules also describe a perimeter drive on request at 11:45 a.m. Confirm the request procedure and whether it suits your journey with transportation staff.
Ask about access and assistance
Before traveling with a wheelchair, scooter, walker, aide, or guest, confirm current eligibility, identification, boarding arrangements, and any equipment limits. Describe your needs when asking for assistance so staff can provide accurate guidance.
Follow driver instructions, keep aisles clear, and secure belongings as directed. Do not assume the community bus is a door-to-door or emergency medical transportation service. Call 911 for a medical emergency.
Where to ask questions
Contact UCO for help identifying the current transportation contact or reporting a route concern.

For a service concern, provide the route, stop, date, time, and a factual description. Ask about the current process for lost items, missed service, assistance requests, and holiday schedules.

Add the official schedule link to welcome packets and association websites. Help residents locate their stops, and label any printed schedule with its version date.
Periodically replace outdated bulletin-board copies. Collect recurring concerns and share clear examples with the appropriate transportation contact rather than making informal promises about service.

Keep a simple trip and feedback record
Board Synergy recommended practice
Save the official schedule page and note the route document’s effective date. A printed timetable should always be checked for a replacement before an important journey.
- Before leaving: Identify the outbound stop, destination stop, return boarding point, final usable trip, and an alternative if you miss the bus. Confirm assistance needs with the operator in advance.
- For a service concern: Give the route, direction, stop, date, scheduled and observed time, and a factual description. UCO provides a transportation feedback form; follow its current submission instructions.
- For boards: Link this guide from welcome materials and replace obsolete posted schedules. Medical transport and emergency response are different services; call 911 for a medical emergency.
