A welcoming overview of Century Village

The map brings together neighborhood names, major roads, lakes, and selected community destinations in one illustrated view. Its teal-and-gold presentation, landscaped setting, and clear legend make it a useful introduction for new residents, visitors, and owners exploring the community.

Subdivision names & colors

A color legend lists all 29 subdivisions by name. Matching colors help readers connect the legend with the illustrated building clusters. The legend uses names without letter-number grid references.

Major roads & entrances

The map labels West Drive, North Drive, South Drive, Century Boulevard, Haverhill Road, Okeechobee Boulevard, and Florida’s Turnpike. Gold entrance markers highlight the Haverhill and Okeechobee entrances.

Lakes & neighborhood layout

Illustrated waterways and building groups show the general relationship between neighborhoods and the central clubhouse area.

Numbered landmarks & north arrow

Five numbered markers correspond to destinations in the legend. A north arrow helps readers orient the overall view.

An illustrated guide, not to scale. This map is a visual overview rather than a surveyed or verified navigation map. Building shapes, road details, colors, and label positions are simplified illustrations. Confirm exact addresses and routes with current community information before traveling.

Five highlighted community landmarks

Map markerDestinationWhat the illustration highlights
1Main ClubhouseThe central community destination illustrated amid the lakes.
2Hastings Fitness CenterA landmark in the northern Hastings area.
3Congregation Anshei ShalomA destination illustrated near Hastings.
4Plymouth LaundryA landmark illustrated near Plymouth and North Drive.
5UCO OfficeA destination illustrated near the Okeechobee entrance.

The legend is selective. It does not identify every pool, bus stop, service office, building letter, accessible route, or community facility. Check the destination’s current hours and access requirements before visiting.

A familiar landmark can make a new community feel smaller.

Use it in a welcome packet, as a general community reference, or to introduce family and friends to the neighborhood layout. For a specific unit, obtain the full address and building designation; a subdivision name alone is not enough.

Visits still require the proper arrangements. An entrance shown on the map does not authorize access. Follow current guest, gate, and identification procedures. In an emergency, call 911 and provide the exact address and unit rather than a map marker.

Use the map to orient—then confirm the destination

Board Synergy recommended practice Before a visit, pair the illustration with the full street address, building and unit, correct entrance, current access arrangements, parking instructions, and the destination’s telephone number. Ask about an accessible route where needed; the illustration does not verify one.
